Innovation
Research and Development Department
This dedicated sector is the heart of progress, both in improving products and developing individual skills. Loaded with thorough testing on our products, create innovative recipes, try new services and customize menus to suit each customer's unique emotions. Additionally, he is responsible for orchestrating training programs that empower our operational teams to succeed.
Grupo Alere has an Experimental Kitchen, located in Sorocaba/SP, where all these initiatives come to life and become reality.
Food Education Program
Our Food Education Program aims to provide fundamental knowledge about nutrition and healthy habits, enabling consumers to make conscious and motivated choices for their health. With an interactive and practical approach, we seek to transform people's relationship with food, promoting a balanced and lasting lifestyle.
Chef Instructor
This experienced chef is an expert in various cooking techniques and the art of gastronomic presentation. His role involves visiting restaurants in order to provide specialized training and training to teams.
